Event Navigation
Temple Funk Collective: A New Orleans Brass Band from Temple Cowley, Temple Funk Collective’s rise has been as fast as their sets are high-octane. Summer 2014 saw them bring their horn-heavy dynamite sound to Boomtown Fair and Bestival, where they rolled onstage at 3.00 am and damn near incited a riot. Taking their lead from the Louisiana legends with a nod towards gypsy, jungle and hip hop.
Mr Benn (Nice Up! Records): Mr Benn hails from Bristol and serves up waist-winding, bassbin-bothering bashment boogie like nobody else on earth. Taking in dub, roots, dancehall, hip hop, house, soca and dubstep and giving it his trademark West Country bounce.
Count Skylarkin: The King of Rum & Bass, shaking up the place as per.
