PinDrop Performances are starting a monthly vinyl-only DJ night, with tunes from host Seb Reynolds, plus guests James Maund and James Currie of Flights Of Helios and Chloe from OCM.

They will be playing a suitably eclectic mix of music from across the board, reflecting the varied sets of acts and artists that they have programmed over the last decade. Ahead of their PinDrop co-promotion with OCM in June – of the Will Gregory Moog Ensemble show – they will be playing an hour of music spanning the history of electronic music, including tracks from the groundbreaking masterpiece Switched On Bach by Walter Carlos.

James Currie and James Maund will be playing tracks that have influenced the sound of Flights Of Helios, from 60s psychedelia and folk to kraut, drone, ambient and latter day shoegaze.
