Mendoza + Griffiths: A special gig to launch a new record put together in collaboration by Oxford electro-rockers Tiger Mendoza and top-notch song-writer Dave Griffiths (eeebleee, Witches, Grey Children). This one-off event will also feature Mark ‘The Evenings’ Wilden on drums along with other local luminaries, so expect something exclusive.

Motion Static: London’s Motion Static formed in 2012, on a mission to unify the diverse sounds of bass music, metal and punk. Motion Static is here to provide the dirtiest soundtrack downloadable to your life. Motion Static’s introduction was three hard-hitting songs showcasing elements of electro and dubstep together with hard, crunching guitar riffs and emotive punk fuelled female vocals. Recently seen on Tiger Mendoza’s remix collection.

Puppet Mechanic: Something very very different to open, as is our wont. Puppet Mechanic are a civilised, well-kempt literate pop quintet, with a smidgen of all your 80s bookshop indie favourites, such as Lloyd Cole, The Blue Nile, Elvis Costello and Prefab Sprout. Expect chiming guitars, winsome melodies, and a brandy-rounded baritone ladling out the well-turned laments.
