Jonathan Gee is one of the most distinguished and distinctive pianists around. Over the last two decades, he has become best known for his leading a succession of trios under his own name – each establishing a different identity and sound.

In the last few months, he has appeared at the Lincoln Centre in New York, where he led his trio featuring the stellar American rhythm section of Greg LePore and Nasheet Waits and back across the pond, was performing Ronnie Scotts in London.

Along with his trio work, Jon plays regularly across the country with the likes of Tim Whitehead, Cleveland Watkiss and has worked with some of the greatest names in the music – Pharaoh Sanders, Benny Golson and Joe Lovano, to name a handful.
