After a sold-out Christmas concert, dynamic young Musical Director Benjamin Goodson presents a 100-strong chorus and a superb cast of musicians to perform two of the best-loved pieces of the French choral repertoire.

Elizabeth Cragg, described as “a marvel” by the Sunday Times and “sensational” by The Guardian is a soprano with an international reputation whose future engagements include performances at Garsington and Covent Garden; in-demand young bass Lawrence White’s credits include operatic roles and oratorio as well as recordings of music for films including The Hobbit, The Da Vinci Code and Prometheus; the Brandenburg Sinfonia is held in high regard both in the UK and internationally, with a recent highlight being an International Opera Gala conducted by Richard Bonynge in the presence of HRH Prince Charles.
