Ant Law is making considerable waves in the jazz world. Recently, he has been working with Tim Garland, one of the big names in world jazz (Chick Corea’s current saxophonist) as well as Jason Rebello and Gwilym Simcock.

Ant leads his own quintet and this group, comprising the finest amongst the new generation of UK jazz players, have just released their second album, Zero Sum World; the group have been touring throughout the UK to promote the album.

Ant is almost unique amongst guitarists in using a tuning system based on perfect fourths; in part, this gives his solos and accompaniment a thoroughly distinct and compelling sound.
