Be Good are a new three-piece band from Oxford, who say that they play doo-wop/folk-tinged music. Their debut EP Be Good, out this week, is available to stream or download for free – see below. As they explain, “last year, we moved into a crumbling old house in OX4, and recorded some songs there together.”

As well as the aforementioned folk and doo-wop, one might perhaps throw in some aspects of subtle grandeur (as found in modern Oxford bands from Radiohead on), as well as the warm shadow of Jeff Buckley:
