AUDIOSCOPE11 events in November

The annual AUDIOSCOPE festival, which has been running since 2001 and raising lots of money for national homelessness charity Shelter – £22,000 and counting – takes place this year in November, with a few excellent events lined up.

As usual there will be an all-dayer festival as the main event, which will be on 12 November at The Jericho in Oxford. The acts lined up for this are Karma To Burn, Fujiya & Miyagi, Alexander Tucker, The Victorian English Gentlemens Club, Spring Offensive, Necro Deathmort, Action Beat, The Cellar Family, Desert Storm and Listing Ships. Tickets are £12 and available here.

Following the all-dayer there will be an evening gig on 18 November, at The Wheatsheaf in Oxford. This gig, a co-promotion with MusicInOxford.co.uk as part of our monthly gig series, presents Dead Jerichos, Gunning For Tamar, Kill Murray and D Gwalia, for just £5. Tickets for that are available here.

Kicking things off on 5 November, AUDIOSCOPE are taking over Baby Love Bar in central Oxford, with a night of DJ sets from local bands and artists. It’ll run until late and cost just £4 on the door.

Finally, a prize draw is being set up to raise more money for AUDIOSCOPE to pass on to Shelter. Tickets for this will be available online soon, and prizes include signed goodies from all kinds of bands (from Oxford and elsewhere), vouchers for local restaurants, and plenty more good stuff.
