A three-to-four-minute prerecorded track forms one player in the piece. One or more players use it as the basis for their improvisation. Other players offer different interpretations.\nBacking tracks specially composed or selected for the first session can be found at at soundcloud.com/open-improvisation and new tracks will be uploaded a few days before the event.
